You know, it seems to me that life is backwards...It's like...We want something so much that we drive people crazy over it, and then once we have it we don't want it anymore or we want something else. I dunno...Life is complicated.
My sweet sixteen was last Sunday...It was the quietest birthday I've had yet...Although, Tessa is planning a party for this weekend. We couldn't do it last weekend bacuase my grandmother is in the hospital and we were afraid something might happen to her. She almost died, but she is starting to do better.
My mom and I are getting along pretty good now, which is amazing. We still fight some, but that's to be expected between a sixteen year old and her mother who left her daughter for a man ten years younger than her.
Life is still difficult to handle and I'm struggling to stay afloat in this great ocean full of deadly currents and hungry sharks. I have not fallen to the razor's tempting whisper of sweet release from all of this pain. I am simply holding on tight to my twin and we are working together. Hopefully both of us will make it through this. She, of course, is much worse off than I am. I am the only one she really has...and vice versa.
I have to say, I miss my counselor a lot. She has always cared and I always enjoy talking to her. I hope to see her soon.
On a much more interesting note, Tessa, Hannah, and I are planning on going to the Moundsville Penetentiary and paying $50 each to spend the night among ghosts. We have to wait until summer, but it is something that we are all looking forward to. It will be a great test of bravery.
So, here I sit in class typing away about the random events and things in my life and I find that I am probably seeming to be the most random and boring person ever. Do not despair...I am actually a very interesting person. My mind is a deep well of ideas and thoughts, some are good and some are of the darker sort. I write poetry often. Perhaps I should post a poem in my blog...I should work on that...I also draw a lot. I normally tend to draw darker things than what my parents prefer, but that's their problem...
Well...I'm going to go for now...Yes...I'm done rambling...Later...
