All right, I already did this on Evboard, but I figured maybe I'd be the first one to do it on the official membership site.
I hope we are allowed to do this (?) I don't see why not.
Anyhow, since I started this, I'll add a poem and then if anyone feels like it, they can respond and enter one of their own.
Here is is one of my submissions:
Uncried tears,
like the teardrops
of the ever burning sun
shine on my scorched face
Phantom trail of sorrows
dictate the pathways
of my revolving tomorrows,
they're my mirrors of blindess;
my moons
It was night and moonlight shone,
when I touched the healing waters,
which caused a cancer
to crawl up my skin,
and darkness won over the moon
I cannot cry
I cannot sigh
I cannot smile
I am dead inside
I touched the holy wall
and heard the holy call
'you prophets of sorrow,
you shall be granted no tomorrow'
